Damaged Goods Return and Exchange Conditions

• Applicable Condition: This policy exclusively applies to goods received by the customer that are found to be damaged or defective from manufacturing/shipping while remaining in a brand new, unused condition.

• Non-Applicable Condition: Any return or exchange requests for items that have been used, washed, altered, or based on personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong size, color variation, etc.) will not be accepted.

• Time Limit: You must contact our customer service within $\mathbf{7}$ days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange, and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.

• Shipping Costs: Even if the item is damaged, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning the item (i.e., "Buyer pays for return shipping"). We will only process the exchange or refund after receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets all return conditions.

• Packaging Requirement: The returned item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange if the returned item is incomplete or sustains new damage during the return transit.
